System Integrator Program

The Wonderware SI Program recognizes participants by their level of experience and certifications with Wonderware products, delivery capabilities, and industry-related expertise. In addition, SI partner organizations have access to a robust methodology to nurture the skills and expertise of employees that provides a competitive edge in delivering successful projects and retaining high-quality employees.

Wonderware Midwest SI partners have access to industry leading technology, technical and training support programs, and marketing and sales support. The multi-tier program offers flexible options based on your specific needs.

Development Studio Consignment License

The consignment license enables development of the same world-renowned software that thousands of end users around the world have come to rely on. Licenses are available in three levels: 1, 2, or 3+; depending on your internal development needs.

We encourage all developers to subscribe to The Brief, our bi-weekly e-mail newsletter, for regular product and technical updates. Additionally, we recommend registering for the Global Customer Support (GCS) site for new product downloads, technichal support forums, and more.

Customer FIRST Agreement

The Customer FIRST Support Agreement provides technical phone support for the Development Studio Consignment license subscription. This support is not a substitute for training or information generally found in product manuals and/or documentation. Callers are expected to have experience with the product being supported.

End user sites with existing runtime (production) licensing are not eligible for technical phone support under the partner agreement. In order for a partner to obtain support for a previously commissioned system, the end user must have a current Customer FIRST Agreement in place. Please contact Wonderware Midwest, or visit the support website for details regarding end user support and benefits.

Training Voucher

Partners also receive one (1) training voucher per agreement term, applicable to any Wonderware Midwest training course. Classes are available online or in a classroom setting at our Brookfield, Wisconsin facility. Both options offer live, instructor-led lecture and hands-on labs; as well as a level of interaction with other participants. All vouchers expire on the date of the last available training course in the agreement term. Dates may vary annually based on instructor availability. Certified Application Developer Program

Multiple levels of certification are achievable as a Wonderware System Integrator. Certified SIs have proved technical proficiency in one or more product categories, maintained fully-trained Certified Application Developers for at least two products, and demonstrated multiple successful implementations of current Wonderware products with continuing implementations annually. As a credentialed developer of Wonderware systems, you become more attractive to end users and gain opportunities to grow your business.

Requirements:

  • Purchase and maintain a SI Consignment License Subscription and Customer Support Agreement
  • Attend one (1) Wonderware Midwest training course per agreement year
  • Accounts payable current at 30 days or less
  • InTouch Certification
    • Maintain two (2) Certified Application Developers on current versions of both InTouch and Historian
    • Provide proof / references of two (2) successful implementations of both InTouch and Historian
  • System Platform Certification
    • Fulfill the InTouch certification requirements, and additionally:
    • Maintain two (2) Certified Application Developers on the current version of System Platform
    • Provide proof / references of two (2) successful implementations of System Platform
  • To remain certified, annual implementation of at least one application using one or more of the products which you are certified on is required. Submit a summary of each project as proof of your installation to your Wonderware Account Executive.
